My name is Collin Fleming, and I am the owner and operator of Norseman Financials, a full-service insurance brokerage specializing in life and health insurance, annuities, mortgage and asset protection, and more. But my true passion? Ensuring that you and your family live a happy, healthy, and wealthy life, all while tailoring a portfolio to your specific needs. As the senior broker here, I take our clients' health, finances, and well-being extremely seriously. It is my life's mission to ensure that every person I have the honor of speaking with is in the ABSOLUTE best situation in terms of their health, asset, and wealth protection, and, of course, the creation of more.
For many years, I was on a journey to find a profession that would allow me to grow and fulfill my ambition to contribute to society in a meaningful way. I was raised in a small town in Florida, where there was a general lack of ambition to improve and make a difference. However, I always knew that my passion was to make a positive impact on the lives of others on a large scale!
A few years ago, I entered an industry that allowed me to make that difference. Every interaction with clients, every testimony shared, and every opportunity to provide protection and support to families contributed to my sense of purpose. Partnering with over 40 A+ rated carriers and companies has given me the tools, connections, and resources to do just that! This experience also ignited my interest in establishing my own venture and creating a lasting legacy in my chosen field, which I have successfully achieved and will continue to build for years to come.
As a Christian, my passion and determination to help others stem not just from my personal beliefs but from my faith in the Lord. These two forces have enabled me to positively impact the lives of countless individuals and families across the nation. I continually apply this to my brokerage, Norseman Financials, to better serve people as I personally would want to be served—with the highest degree of compassion and care. Additionally, I have had the privilege of mentoring numerous professionals who are now integral members of my team.
